The room was a King Suite, so it was spacious. The breakfast buffet offered several choices, and I found it good.

Really good Service and Convenient Location!

The hotel staff was excellent! Fernando upgraded us as it was my wife's birthday. This was very thoughtful. The concierge was helpful with directions, and the location is virtually next door to the Tube which is very convenient. Breakfast was plentiful, and it offered a good range of food and drinks, which I found very pleasing.
My only issue was minor. There were no biscuits offered with the tea and coffee in the room. I also noted there was limited milk.

The reception staff was quick at check-in and provided excellent assistance throughout my stay, answering all my questions with a smile, while the housekeeping team kept all communal areas impeccably tidy. The staff offered prompt assistance for directions and luggage handling, so I was happy.

My room was spacious and clean with an comfortable bed and excellent climate control. I had no issues with noise disturbances. There was a coffee machine in the room, and it added a nice touch, and the room was well kept daily .

The hotel offers multiple lifts, made accessing my room on an upper floor very quick, and the fitness center was well-equipped for a complete workout. I noticed that Wi-Fi was consistently strong throughout the hotel, GREAT.

fantastic lobby quiet room blocked entrance uncleaned glasses
the lobby was fantastic (i really liked the decor!). the room was spacious and had everything i needed. i was actually surprised the room was quiet even though it faced a busy road. parking access was an added bonus.
the main entrance was blocked. we had to use a side door, a little annoying. the water glasses were not changed . i had to leave out the coffee and tea tray so the staff would refill it.

broken machine non-functional air conditioning
The air conditioning was definitely NOT working. It was stuffy. The ice machine was broken too. I really wanted a cold drink, BUT that wasn't an option. It was a HOT mess, to be honest. The room was clean, i will give it that much, though I would have liked to have been more comfortable.

Breakfast was very nice, thanks to Enayet, Kavita, and Shantell for their constant attention. They are very polite and provide excellent service. The food selection is great, including both English and a few Asian options. I recommend the friendly staff and diverse food selection.

old door dry staff
the hotel is in an excellent location for the underground and some bars and restaurants.
The bathroom door was old. It was wood, and it would not close or open properly. staff were very dry. everything needed to be paid for, even something small.

high-grade bikes friendly service
i found the gym well-equipped. it had new technogym equipment i was impressed by and the bikes were of a high grade. i did appreciate prompt and friendly service too.
i found the supply of drinking water to be missing from my room, i think is necessary.
